Classified Staff Evaluations

Supervisors will evaluate classified (non-certified) employees on an annual basis. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide feedback to employees, to clarify objectives, and to inform employees of areas in which they are meeting or exceeding expectations, and those areas which need improvement. Evaluations are not tied to salaries and may or may not be considered in disciplinary matters or in termination of employment.

Certified Staff Evaluations

Saluda County Schools has elected to become a TAP district, effective the 2014-15 school year. All evaluation procedures will be held in accordance with the TAP model.
