Homebound Instruction

Saluda School District works along with local health professionals to assist children who are experiencing a short term medical situation that prohibits the student from attending school. The medical professional would determine the feasibility of the student returning to school after a medical diagnosis. Should the medical professional deem it necessary, the medical homebound form should be completed and submitted to the Office of Student Services to provide Homebound services to the student. Upon approval, the student would receive academic instruction outside of school for the prescribed period of time.
